Ox & Son’s not-so-secret-anymore Boys’ Club Burger is a new secret menu item available during brunch that features a 50/50 patty of short rib and chuck, raclette cheese, and is topped with leek hollandaise, sausage, egg, Nueske’s bacon, and truffle aioli. Cheeseburger enthusiasts can also enjoy the Pretzel Cheeseburger at Hudson House, topped with Jarlsberg, grilled onion, bacon, and wild arugula, or The Tripel’s decadent Tripel Burger with a patty made of duck confit and aged beef, and topped with truffle sottocenere al tartufo, house-made apricot jam, and arugula.
