Dog Haus Grand Opening in Las Vegas

Dog Haus, the California-based concept known for its gourmet hot dogs, sausages, burgers, and one-of-a-kind creations, opened its first location in Nevada.

To celebrate the opening, Dog Haus Vegas gave out free Haus Dogs all day and drink proceeds benefitted After-School All-Stars Las Vegas.

Hungry fans lined up early in anticipation of the opening, with the first 24 guests receiving a free combo meal every month for six months, plus a hat and T-shirt. Lines were consistently out the door through the day, as Dog Haus employees and management worked hard to prepare a variety of dogs, burgers, sausages, sides and drinks. Food Network star Adam Gertler, Dog Haus’ official Würstmacher, was on hand with Franchisee Ian Vanderburg to greet customers, prepare food and celebrate the opening festivities.

Attendees had the opportunity to order one of the seven free Haus dogs, including the Sooo Cali, topped with wild arugula, spicy basil aioli, crispy onions, avocado and tomato; the Scott Baioli, with smoked bacon, white American cheese, caramelized onions and garlic aioli; and the Old Town Dog, featuring a smoked bacon wrapped dog, caramelized onions, roasted jalapenos, chipotle aioli and cotija cheese. Dog Haus Vegas also offers a variety of sausages, veggie options, burgers, tater tots and sides, desserts and a full bar with draft beer, wine and spirits.
