The Turducken Haus Sausage returns to Dog Haus for November
Like birds flying south for winter, fall brings beloved sights and scents into our lives. For the month of November, that means the popular local restaurant chain Dog Haus brings back their Turducken Haus Sausage to fill hearty holiday season appetites.
The sausage itself was masterminded by Dog Haus’ culinary team and its official “Wurstmacher”/sausage-maker Adam Gertler. It is composed of turkey, chicken, duck, fresh herbs, whiskey-soaked cranberries and yams, and is then topped with sage gravy, a Brussels sprout and bacon slaw, and crispy onion. Put it all together in a King’s Hawaiian roll and customers can enjoy an entire Thanksgiving dinner in one convenient food item.
Dog Haus has nine locations in the Los Angeles area, including two in Pasadena. They are located at 93 E. Green St., which can be reached at (626) 577-4287, and 105 N. Hill Ave., which can be reached at (626) 683-0808.
